SCHOOL PACK INITIATIVE
The Need
Cambodia Impact is dedicated to making a significant impact in the lives of underprivileged children. With this in mind, we have been working on a critical issue in Cambodia. While education in that country is technically “free”, many families struggle to provide the basic school supplies and uniforms required for their children to attend school. This unfortunate reality often deprives countless children access to an education. As a result, the cycle of poverty is perpetuated.
The Initiative
In response to this pressing need, Cambodia Impact is launching a campaign to raise funds for the purchase of school backpacks filled with essential school supplies for Cambodian children in rural areas. By supplying these simple yet vital tools, our goal is to break down the barriers that prevent underprivileged children from acquiring an education.
The potential impact of this initiative cannot be overstated. By providing backpacks to rural children, we seek to create a ripple effect that will transform the lives of these children, their families, and their communities. Education has the power to unlock opportunities, broaden horizons, and break the chains of poverty that have plagued Cambodia for generations.
